R. Jhunjhunwala Foundation is an NGO in Mumbai.It requires for its new children’s home in New Panvel, New Mumbai.
1. Manager for the Children’s Home
Minimum 5-10 years with hands on experience of working full time, 24/7, with children.
MSW preferred. Should have dealt with the child welfare committee, women and children dept & Jhilla Mahila Vaa Baal vikaas Adhikari
Must be fluent is speaking and writing English,Must be able to manage a large group of children, For deserving candidates, furnished accommodation may be provided on site.
2.Counselors.
Graduates, P.G. in Psychology, with at least 2-3 years of practical working experience with children in need and distress.
3.Social workers
MSW, with 2-3 years of practical hands on experience working with children. Must have done some out –reach programs and be familiar with children’s documentations and record keeping, development programs and skill level enhancements for children in need and distress.
4.Teachers
B. Ed., with 3-5 years of practical experience teaching children and familiar withFormal and NF education methods. Must be able to develop children’s skills in a short time. Must have a strong command of the English language.
5. Building supervisor
Must have at least 5 years practical experience maintaining a 7 storey building.
Must be able to co-ordinate with MSEDCO, CIDCO Ltd, MTNL, etc
For a very deserving candidate furnished accommodation will be provided
6. Accountants.
B.com must be able to finalise accounts, up to Trial balance and Profit & Loss statements. Minimum 3-5 years of experience needed.
Handle petty cash, do all bank work, maintain cash books and Bank books.
Also required
6. Care takers, ayahs, sweepers, cook, cook helpers., security staff.
People with 2-3 years relevant experience may apply.
For posts 1-4
A strong love and affection for working with children is required
Must be fluent in speaking and writing ENGLISH.
