Third Sector Partners needs to hire for its Mumbai office a Consultant, who will closely work with the firm’s Executive Director to drive talent search for TSP clients.

Educational qualifications: Post Graduate degree, preferably in Social Work/Social Sciences/Human Resource Management

Work experience: • 3-5 years.
• It is desirable that the candidate should have a good working knowledge of the development & corporate sector.
• The job would require relationship building and networking skills.
• The incumbent should be aware of community development issues in the country.
• Experience in capacity building, Human Resource management, and recruitment would be an added advantage.

Personal Skill sets / Soft Skills:

• Hold excellent interpersonal skills, as well as accomplished verbal and written communications skills.
• Have a high level of energy and a commitment to excellence as it relates to all of the functional areas under his/her direction and control.
• Should be systematic and meticulous in approach and method.


Computer knowledge: Working knowledge of computers and specifically, word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
